We’ve been busy with work/school schedules and it has been getting hot pretty quick around here this summer so getting some seat time has been difficult. Our home AC had been down for 2 weeks on top of it all so we weren’t even staying there.

Drove this over 2 blocks away from Grandma’s house to ours, she’s got the hang of it all now, time to pull the little screw out that selects the full 12V setup :)

Nice one/ You can tell she loves that car.

Are the tyres plastic, rubberised plastic or plastic with a rubber strip?

They’re plastic, would love to get a rubberised setup.

Would a set of cut tyres from a 3-6 year olds bike do the trick? Cut off the side walls and stretch the rubber over.

Yup, some people actually do this. It’s on the list of things to look into :)
